Active Life Physical Medicine & Pain Center

This 5,709 SF tenant improvement took a grey shell space to a Medical Clinic & Outpatient Surgery Center. The build out included exam/procedure rooms, physicians' offices, nurses' stations, reception/waiting areas and two (2) Class C Operating Rooms with both Pre-op and Post-op areas. With this location having a split facility, between OR and Medical Clinic, it required several waiting rooms and specifically designed areas around each side of the clinic to accommodate to the patients and staff. All while maintaining a cohesive feel to the entire suite as a whole. The project included specialty equipment, Medical Gas System, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. All finishes and furnishings were selected to enhance the patient experience.
