Third floor expansion to combine suites 300 & 310. Suite 300 is Archsol’s existing and occupied office suite 310 is their expansion space. Renovations of suite 310 general office space build out mostly cosmetic includes Framing, Flooring, Paint, Electrical, HVAC, Millwork. New space layout Includes open work spaces, cubicle work areas,  private offices,  additional conference room, and a virtual reality room. Suite 300 work includes minor renovations to existing.  Work to be completed in 3 phases to accommodate the occupied office and their teams.
