Cactus Stone & Tile

This tenant improvement project involved a 13,677 SF retail space and showroom specializing in high end flooring and décor. The showroom, located in the Scottsdale Air park, boasted an exceptionally unique finish to the floor that included a lit-from-below foyer. This required an 18-inch matrix to be dug below grade and fitted with Plexiglass for support and lighting. Footings and steel supports were embedded into the slab to create stone and concrete tables in the workrooms. Additional ceiling support structures were required to allow stone and mosaic pieces to be suspended from the ceiling.
