McQueen Medical

This project includes the demolition and interior build-out of 28,967 SF within an existing commercial building for a single-tenant medical office. The program includes administrative offices, an outpatient imaging suite, and a Phase 1 drug trial research facility. The space is designed under B-Occupancy, with all occupants capable of self-preservation. Work includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural upgrades. Exterior improvements and imaging suite build-out will follow in Phase 2 under a separate permit.
