Chandler Cath Lab and Surgical Center

Chandler Surgical Center is a renovation of an existing single story medical office building to create a new outpatient surgical center. The surgery center has two (2) Class C operating rooms, one of which is fitted out as a single-plane Cath Lab with control room. Seven (7) Phase II Prep/Recovery bays are provided with supporting clinical functions. The facility has dedicated Decontamination and Sterile Processing spaces. Critical functions are on emergency power, supported by a new emergency generator in an exterior enclosure.
