99 Cent Only Stores

IBC is responsible for the tenant improvements of 14 different 99 Cent Only stores throughout Arizona. The necessary demolition and renovation of each store, ranging from 13,000 to 25,000 SF, included all new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and fixtures. Cold food storage areas were also added at each location. All finishes, including flooring, millwork, cash wraps, and paint were installed according to 99 Cent Only standards.
