East Valley Urology 

Demo of an existing Tour Building to build a 5,642 SF Medical Office space with Exam/Procedure Rooms, Admin Support areas and Reception/Waiting areas.

Work included interior and exterior shell additions, new foam roof at addition, electrical distribution and lighting, fire protection and alarm systems, flooring, millwork and countertops, doors frames and hardware, interior glass & glass doors, acoustical ceilings, painting, wall coverings, wall protections, corner guards. New offsite turn lane in Combs Rd. and onsite work with covered parking, ADA ramps, signage striping, and adding a few parking spaces.
