This 12,800SF tenant improvement project is located on the fourth floor of a medical office building at the John C. Lincoln North Mountain Medical Center campus. The practice houses public primary care, behavioral health, employee health, and on-site point-of-care testing. The project scope included the complete demolition and replacement of all interior walls and finishes, all mechanical ductwork, four Medical Assistant Stations, and installation of cast iron drains within the ceilings of the operational third floor cancer infusion office. Without the use of a freight elevator all gypsum board, metal studs, millwork, and sixty-six 8-foot tall doors were stocked through a removed window on the fourth floor.
