Renovation of approximately 1,200 sf of space within the existing ICU at HH JCLMC.  Located on 2nd floor of hospital and adjacent to the existing Cath Lab department.  Inclusive of demolition, removal of (4) ICU rooms, existing roof top units, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure.  This adds a 3rd Cath Lab to the existing two functioning Cath Labs.  Includes structural designs to support the new roof top unit along with structural supporting required to support the existing floor, roof and mechanical platform for all vendor and mechanical equipment.
