Medical office project near the Scottsdale Osborn campus. This 5,250SF tenant improvement involved completely removing all interior walls and all abandoned above ceiling piping, wiring, and ductwork. Reconstructing new office and exam spaces to accommodate Lymphedema and Women’s Health treatment as well as providing an open gym for physical therapy rehabilitation. The gym featured an open ceiling, mirrored walls with integrated ballet barres, and gate measurement markings laser cut into the rubber flooring.
