Intrepid Tool
This project was a first generation tenant improvement for an aerospace contractor. The large power tools needed to manufacture drilling and reaming bits required the replacement of the existing electrical SES. The new, more sizable SES also necessitated coordination with the utility company to ensure the installation of a larger power transformer. Because a portion of the power needed to be 120/208v, a step down transformer was also situated. In order to get the equipment into the space, a section of block wall was opened and over 80 pieces of machinery had to be relocated and operable inside of a four-day span.
