Ksport

An adaptive re-use project of an existing 61,000 SQFT with a 4,500 SF addition to a building with preservation of historical components. The project included the following main areas: Fabrication and industrial area, Warehouse storage areas, office spaces including open floor work spaces and individual private office offices and meeting rooms with high end finishes. Office spaces were divided with glass partition systems to provide an open feel to the floor. Scope included upgraded mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.
