MVP Kids
This project involved a 5,095 SF pediatrician's medical office. The existing space was formerly executive office suites that were completely demolished from floor to ceiling grid. The built-out space included 17 exam rooms, laboratory area, large, open medical assistants' station, physician's office, conference room space, office manager's space, staff break room, and IT closet. IBC also had to tie new ductwork into existing HVAC system. Finishes included all new plumbing and fixtures, millwork, paint and flooring in multiple, bright colors for their young patients.
