Paradise Med Spa & Wellness

This project involved a 3,847 SF tenant improvement build-out of shell space in Scottsdale, AZ. All electrical systems, fixtures, HVAC and all new plumbing systems were installed. All new interiors and finishes were used throughout the space including walls, millwork, hardware, paint, flooring, and ceiling tiles and beams. The facility offers various medical and wellness treatments. The space was sectioned into two separate lobby spaces; a feminine side with light, contemporary finishes in a spa-like atmosphere, and a masculine side called, The Manor Vitality Lounge which includes wooden and wrought iron finishes and a shave bar.
