Spectrum Dermatology Desert Ridge

This project was a 4,196 SF tenant improvement for a dermatologist's medical suite. Exam rooms and procedure rooms were part of the remodel as well as a reception and lobby area, a laboratory, administrative space, and physicians' office space. The finishes were very high-end, including high gloss polished stone floors, stone accents, and an extensive wall art package.
