Spectrum Dermatology Ironwood

This project involves a 9,108 SF tenant improvement for a dermatology practice. The build out will include 22 exam/procedure rooms, physicians' offices, laboratory, medical assistants' stations, reception and waiting area, conference room, and staff break room and restrooms. All new high-end finishes and furnishings have been selected to enhance the patient experience. This is the second location that IBC has completed for this client.
