Guido de Koning
Chief Executive Officer
Guido is a seasoned executive with a track record of building high-performing teams aligned with energizing business strategies. He has served as Chief People Officer in several global organizations and brings cross-industry experience spanning operations, software, technology, and healthcare. Guido has led transformative initiatives through periods of rapid growth, M&A integration, restructuring, and cultural renewal. He began his career at Gallup, spending a decade consulting with global clients on building strengths-based cultures, improving engagement, and developing effective leaders.

Originally from the Netherlands, Guido has lived and worked in the UK, Japan, Singapore, and Germany. He holds a Master’s degree in General Management from Nyenrode University and a Bachelor’s in International Business from the Haarlem Business School. He now lives in Scottsdale, Arizona with his wife, Rosa, and their sons, Michael and Ryan.
What excited you most about the future of Integrity?
Building a culture and future together that's both meaningful and rewarding. As an ESOP, we have a unique opportunity to empower our teams while they build equity ownership for the long term.

Spending time with family. My wife and two boys are my primary ministry.

Chris Petroff
VP of Business Development
Chris Petroff is a native of Phoenix whose career has been defined by a deep commitment to community and economic development across the region.
With over 20 years of experience, Chris has played a pivotal role in shaping the Greater Phoenix area’s economic landscape. As Senior Vice President at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), he co-led the business development team responsible for recruiting and attracting major corporate expansions to the region. During his tenure, Chris was directly involved in more than 40 successful expansion projects, resulting in over 2,800 new jobs and nearly $500 million in net-new capital investment.
Chris also brings extensive experience from the construction industry, having worked for one of the nation’s largest commercial general contractors. In that role, he led business development efforts throughout the Southwest, with oversight across Arizona and Southern California, representing approximately $1.5 billion in annual project volume. In addition to client development, Chris contributed to strategic planning and business operations as part of the regional leadership team.
Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northern Arizona University. He lives in North Central Phoenix with his wife and two teenage children.

I’m excited to build on Integrity Building Corporation’s 20-year legacy of success. Integrity has long been a trusted partner to our clients, and I’m proud to contribute to that tradition by supporting our clients through every step of their construction projects.

If you're not working, what are you most likely doing?
When I’m not working, there’s a good chance you’ll find me at the ballpark cheering on our son or courtside at a volleyball game supporting our daughter—my favorite kind of doubleheader!

Kurt Radkte
VP of Operations
With over 30 years in the construction industry, Kurt Radtke is a proven operations leader with deep experience delivering complex projects across Arizona, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. He is widely recognized for cultivating high-performing, collaborative teams, forging strong industry relationships, and applying a systems-driven approach to every facet of project execution.

Kurt’s expertise in healthcare construction spans the full range—from specialty clinics to large-scale hospital expansions—such as the $243M Banner Gateway Medical Center and the $106M Banner Boswell Emergency Department and Patient Tower. His leadership on these technically demanding projects showcases his ability to manage complexity while aligning people, systems, and outcomes.
Beyond healthcare, he’s successfully led projects across diverse sectors including Higher Education, Aviation, Auto Dealerships, Chip Fabrication, Data Centers, Assisted Living, and Self Storage. His adaptability and understanding of sector-specific challenges add depth to his leadership.
A committed champion of Operational Excellence, Kurt focuses on aligning strategic planning with execution to ensure top-tier results in safety, quality, scheduling, and budget. Equally important is his role as a team builder and mentor—investing in talent development, empowering project leaders, and nurturing a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement.

When I’m not working, I’m focused on what matters most—spending meaningful time with my family. I also enjoy exploring new places, embracing the outdoors, staying active with our dogs, following sports, and diving into hands-on home projects that keep me energized and balanced.

Bradford Beake
CFO
Bradford Beake is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, corporate strategy, and process improvement.
Before joining Integrity Building Corp, Bradford spent nearly seven years at Shamrock Foods Company in Phoenix, where he held key leadership roles across all finance functions. He managed business line P&L statements and oversaw more than $2 billion in financial operations. Bradford led the company’s annual planning and monthly forecasting processes, aligning financial performance with strategic objectives. He also served as the project lead for the due diligence, acquisition, and integration of a new division.
Prior to Shamrock, Bradford spent 14 years as a financial expert with global consulting firms in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix. In this capacity, he specialized in valuation and economic damages, leveraging advanced analytics to solve complex business challenges across a wide range of industries.
Bradford holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA from the University of Arizona, as well as a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension.
Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his daughters, Annie (13) and Lucy (11).

Chad Kemmerling
Chief Estimator
Since entering the construction industry in 1998, Chad has done many roles, starting in preconstruction, from conceptual estimates to contract document bidding. Over his 26 years of experience in the preconstruction and construction industry, he has successfully led numerous projects from conceptual planning through construction management. He is known for building strong client relationships, managing design teams to budget, and ensuring constructability aligns with operational needs.
Chad brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach to every project, emphasizing early contractor involvement to improve design quality and streamline construction. As he often says, “The earlier contractors are injected into the design, the better the documents—and the easier the construction process.”
​
Bringing background on many project types and having extensive background on Design Build and Design Assist projects. And preferring to be included as a team member as early in the design process as possible to allow for understanding of client needs and determining with design what goals are to be met. This breeds a common focus that allows for efficient design and project constructability.
​
His expertise spans a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, microelectronics, pharmaceutical/biotech, data centers, retail, mega casino hotels, high-rise buildings, petrochemical, specialty medical, K–12, and higher education. He has managed projects ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion. A notable example is the Orange County Performing Arts Center, where he helped maintain the original $168 million budget over a three-year preconstruction phase through continuous value engineering. The result was a world-class concert hall completed in just two years—an achievement many thought impossible.
Chad is a committed champion of project execution from the start of a project to its completion. He focuses on aligning client needs with design intent to meet budget goals, while also serving as a team builder.

I like to play a round of golf or hang out with some friends. Also, I like to go to San Diego and spend some quality time.

Garth Hosch
General Superintendent
Garth is a builder.
As a 3rd generation carpenter, he grew up in the shop and on jobsites, working with tools. For as long as he can remember, he has always found his comfort zone being involved with construction projects. From conceptual design to pre-construction planning, phasing, and field installation.
Garth enjoys working with people who are enthusiastic about construction concepts and pushing the industry in a positive direction. Team building with thoughtful and deliberate communication is something he is passionate about.
In his career, he has had the pleasure of working on all types of projects that vary in size and complexity from ground up through high end finishes. Structural multi story towers, Higher Education, Data Centers, Nuclear Power Stations, Health Care , Water Treatment Facilities, State Municipalities, Aviation, Custom Residential and more. He has been part of large teams and taken lead on smaller teams. He believes in open and honest lines of communication. He leads by example and takes pride in developing strong team dynamics.

I am excited about the future of Integrity as we have a great team in place and a focus on growth for our team members.

If you're not working, what are you most likely doing?
When I am not working, I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy playing music. I play drums in a working band!
