Commercial Construction Laborers - Phoenix and surrounding areas

Job Type:

Full-Time; Hourly

Integrity Building Corp is hiring general construction laborers. Experience is not necessary but is preferred. This is a full-time and benefits eligible position. We offer an excellent work environment, competitive pay, subsidized health insurance, profit sharing plan, voluntary dental and supplemental benefits, PTO, and career advancement opportunities for those willing to learn and go the extra mile.


Applicants must:

  • Be capable/comfortable working outdoors in any and all kinds of weather

  • Follow instructions provided by superintendents, foreman, and/or other experienced crew members

  • Be capable of lifting and carrying equipment and materials up to 50 lbs.

  • Work well with others and maintain a positive teamwork attitude

  • Perform all required duties

  • Keep safety of themselves and others a priority

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Report to work on time

  • Effectively communicate in English with crew

 

Position Requirements: 

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Prove legal status to work through E-Verify

  • Have reliable transportation (projects are in various locations throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas)

  • Have a valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Pass a post-offer drug screen

  • Maintain good public relations (interact with the public in a courteous manner)

  • Have ability to use hand tools

  • Own a set of basic hand tools

  • Wear appropriate construction clothing including work boots (applicant provided)

  • Wear PPE: hard hat, safety vest, glasses, etc (Company provided)

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)

Construction Superintendent Healthcare - Phoenix and surrounding areas

Job Type:

Full-Time; Salary

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Superintendent to join our team who has extensive experience with the following types of projects:

  • In-Hospital Critical environments renovations and expansions (min 4 years)

  • Private healthcare / Outpatient facilities build-outs and renovations

  • Occupied and unoccupied TI’s

  • Office

  • Retail

  • Industrial a plus

  • Ground-ups & building additions a plus

 

Key Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate must possess a great work ethic; the ability to work independently and be a team player.  A Can-Do, problem solving attitude is a must.

  • The ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

  • Highly motivated and able to communicate in a professional, friendly and positive manner.

  • Complete knowledge of each project and focus on planning, conflict identification & resolution and motivating subcontractors to meet and exceed their commitments.

  • Detailed development, management and updating of the overall project schedule using Microsoft Project.

  • Assist Project Manager & Project Coordinators with construction document review, budgeting and subcontract scope review.

  • Overall responsibility for all job-site safety.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in construction.

  • 4 years of experience as a Lead Healthcare Superintendent.

  • In-depth knowledge of ICRA & ILSM and ability to create and diagram associated plans.

  • OSHA 30 certificate a plus.

  • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs and scaffolding multiple times per day.

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

  • Willingness to sweep and clean job-site on a daily basis if labor support is not available.

  • Ability to pass a Drug screening and background check.

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

  • Willingness to work nights and weekends based on project needs.

  • Industrial a plus

  • Ground-ups & building additions a plus

  • Technical renovations

NOTE: We do not do multi-family or residential.

  • The ability to establish, build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.

  • Highly motivated and able to communicate in a professional, friendly and positive manner.
