Renovated a car dealership into a 28,000sf multifunction medical office building. The first floor housed 23 exam rooms, provider offices, blood lab, and shell space for a future pharmacy. The lobby opened up to the 26 foot high wood ceiling with teardrop light fixtures, blackened steel stair case, with open air beams defining the reception counters. Composite metal deck was added to infill part of the mezzanine to expand the useable area of the second floor, which contained a dental office with 6 procedure rooms, consultation offices, laboratories and sterilization equipment. The behavioral health clinic consists of 26 therapy offices, a group therapy room, record storage, and hotel office space.
