Oasis Orthopedic OR Expansion

Expansion of the Oasis Orthopedic Hospital’s OR department and renovation to its 3rd floor administration and conference rooms. This 2,400sf building-addition added two state of the art Operating Rooms with associated corridors, sub-sterile areas, sterile-storage and extended the loading dock while keeping the existing OR department fully functional throughout construction. A 5,900sf 3rd floor patient room area was repurposed to house the hospital’s administration department and training classrooms.
